Welcome to FlexiTrack. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FlexiTrack mobile application. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Data Security

When you create an account with us (including authentication via third-party providers like Google), you guarantee that your information is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your device access and credentials. You retain full ownership of the custom trackers, schemas, and logs you generate ("User Content").

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Trials

FlexiTrack operates on a freemium model. Access to advanced features (e.g., unlimited trackers, FlexiCloud backup, and advanced AI insights) requires a Pro Tier subscription.

Free Trial: New accounts may be offered a 30-day free trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends. All billing is handled natively by Apple or Google; FlexiTrack does not process your credit card directly.

3. FlexiCloud Image Storage Policy

Users on the Pro Tier utilizing our cloud image backup feature ("FlexiCloud") agree to the following:

• You must hold the legal rights to any images or data you upload.
• You may not upload media that is illegal, defamatory, highly violent, or explicitly adult in nature. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our storage infrastructure.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

FlexiTrack utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze your logged data and provide insights. These insights are strictly for personal productivity and behavioral self-reflection. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. FlexiTrack is not liable for actions taken based on automated AI recommendations.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use FlexiTrack.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your basic profile information (email address and name) strictly for account creation and authentication.
• Usage Data & Logs: The custom schemas you build and the entries you log are stored securely. Depending on your tier, this data is kept locally on your device or synced to our secure cloud database (Supabase).
• Media (FlexiCloud): If enabled, images you attach to your logs are securely transmitted and stored in our cloud buckets.
• Subscription Data: We utilize RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. We do not have access to your credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the FlexiTrack app. Specifically:

• To synchronize your data across your devices.
• To verify your Pro Tier entitlement.
• To generate personalized tracking insights via our AI infrastructure.

3. Artificial Intelligence Data Processing

When you request an "AI Insight", relevant excerpts of your logged data are sent securely to our third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI/GPT models). Your personal tracking data is strictly used to generate your immediate response and is NOT used to train or fine-tune public AI models.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the trusted infrastructure partners required to run the app:

• Supabase: For secure PostgreSQL database hosting and auth management.
• RevenueCat: For tracking App Store and Google Play subscription status.
• Google / Apple: For secure single-sign-on (SSO) authentication.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information at any time. You can request complete account and data deletion directly from the Settings menu inside the FlexiTrack app. Once initiated, all your cloud data, images, and logs will be permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days.
